These calls have helped me to coach and guide my own team. They are reminders of how very important my job is and if we aren’t growing, we’re dying. Insurance is not a one size fits all. We should always be asking potential customers, besides price, what is important to them and then we can begin helping them understand the importance of protecting not only their assets but more importantly their income. Shopping with only price in mind can be the most expensive decision they ever make, and we need to help them understand what that means. It’s because of this mindset that we’ve sold more Personal Liability Umbrella policies. We have to know the value of State Farm, the value of our own agency and then the value we bring personally and once we have this figured out, it’s easy to grow in our relationships with our customers as well as retain their business for years to come. I have pages and pages of notes that I’ve taken from speakers this past year, although each speaker has been exceptional in their own way – I’ve realized there is no way to duplicate exactly what they are doing, but it’s important to continue these calls so each of us can take small tidbits here and there, so we can build our OWN success stories. As an agent I have used your calls to help supplement my team and training for new hires and existing staff alike. What I believe to be the best testimonial is my team member Kirsten. The weekly trainings are always comforting, inspirational and always educational. I know the constant drip of information weekly has definitely help me stay focused on my goals for the year. Bringing new insights from across the different agents and professionals in the insurance industry has made our team more confident it what we do each day! Being able to listen to your team members that are getting so much accomplished has inspired our team to look at themselves and reach to achieve higher goals. Our production in Auto insurance is up 38.43% and Fire is 31.95%. Our Raw new Auto is up 140.4%.

Hey Hayk, I want to brag on your program and my team member Connor Williams.
Since starting our journey with your 100 App Program he has gotten better and better. I had the opportunity to talk with you and Jacob in Nashville, you told me how Jacob had to hit 100+ for a year then you got him an assistant and he went to 200. I shared that with Connor and he decided October would be his first month to break 100. He hit 106 in October and I believe he will keep getting better.
These calls have been great for both myself and my team. Usually when I attend a call like these, I hope to get a nugget or 2 of information I can utilize. I keep coming back because I get at least a page of information from every meeting! I also enjoy that you have team members share their experiences on the calls. This goes a long way with buy in from my team. When they hear people like Jacob, submitting 100+ applications a month, it gives them drive to do better, talk to more people and use your teams talking points. Life has been a struggle with my team and with these calls, we have so many other ways to discuss life and its benefits. The sales will come soon, for now, we are talking more and quoting more customers. I am very grateful to be able to attend these calls. More than just the information you are sharing, I feel like these are a battery recharge for me. There is so much energy from these calls and I can continue to do better.

I wanted to thank you for your training platform and let you know how much it has impacted our office in a positive way. Using your training to have higher liability conversations our team has had back-to-back record months with PLUP submissions. Your training gave our team practical word tracks and guidance to have more meaningful conversations with our customers and get them thinking about increasing liability limits. We took your advice and watched the 100 App Fundamental Series together as a team and put the teachings into practice. I appreciate that we didn’t need to change how we were doing business, just tweak our conversations with customers and better explain liability and the need for increased limits.
