We focus on learning more about conversation style, asking the right questions, polishing your sales techniques, and staying in front of the customer with proper value-driven conversations and expertise. It is our fiduciary responsibility to always do the right thing for our customers, and we’ll help you become a better communicator and have a more resilient mindset to do a good job with each customer.
Although not every conversation is an opportunity to upgrade coverage or sell additional policies, if you don’t stay resilient and opportunistic, you may lose the chance those opportunities bring you each day.
I often quote Walt Disney who said, “Do something so well that people can’t help but tell others about you.” When you’re that good in sales, you don’t need leads, you don’t have poor sales months. You take care of clients and build a strong reputation, and then your reputation works for you.
For us as professional insurance advisors, our job isn’t to sell, our job is to serve others, and when we serve others, we are often overwhelmed with business effortlessly coming our way.
